No. YayFly is an independent travel agency. We book and service flights on many airlines, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline.
Does it cost anything to call?
Calling and getting a quote is free — you're under no obligation to book. If you decide to ticket with us, the agent will tell you the full total, including any service fee, before you agree to anything.
Why are phone fares sometimes lower than what I see online?
Some negotiated and consolidator fares carry contract terms that prevent them from being published on public search sites. They can still be quoted and ticketed over the phone. Availability varies by route and date, so we can't promise a lower fare on every request.
Can you help with a booking I made somewhere else?
In many cases, yes — we can look at your itinerary and explain your options. Some changes have to be made by the airline or by the agency that issued the ticket, and if that's the case we'll say so and point you in the right direction.
What do you need from me when I call?
For a new booking: your route, approximate dates, and the number of travelers. For an existing trip: your confirmation code or ticket number, and the name on the reservation.
